Returns & Exchange.

The Secret's Now takes pride in putting the customer at the forefront of the brand. It is important to us that you are above satisfactory with the quality of our product.
TSN will accept return or exchange on all items on the basis they are in new condition, unworn and free of damage by the customer.

For a refund or exchange, you must mail the package back to our address within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. It is important that proof of postage is provided by the customer to allow both parties transparency in the return. Please note TSN cannot account for mistakes made by couriers or postal companies, we advise tracking orders for peace of mind.

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or exchanges for any requests that exceed past 21 days of the original order.

All items must be returned with the original TSN tags still attached to the product and must arrive in the original packaging.
